Invite-only private aviation coordination for the Puerto Rico community, operated by Invitational Club LLC.
Jumpseat is a private, invite-only digital coordination platform operated by Invitational Club LLC, a Puerto Rico limited liability company. The platform facilitates peer-to-peer coordination of private aviation among pre-approved community members based in Dorado, Puerto Rico and the surrounding region.
Jumpseat is not an air carrier, charter broker, travel agent, or transportation provider. All flight arrangements are made directly between members. The platform provides information exchange and coordination services only. Flights coordinated through Jumpseat are intended to operate under FAA Part 91 (private, non-commercial operations); aircraft owners and pilots remain solely responsible for regulatory compliance, airworthiness, and pilot certification.
Jumpseat is invite-only — there is no public sign-up. Prospective members request access through the Dorado community WhatsApp group and must be referred by two existing members who vouch for them. The administrator reviews each request, completes identity verification and consent review, and grants access only after approval. Approved members then receive a personal invitation by email and walk through the two-checkbox consent flow on first login.
For platform reviewers (Meta, App Store, etc.), the button below begins a session-only walkthrough of the live opt-in flow — no real member data is created or modified.
Reviewer Walkthrough →Aircraft owners share available seats on upcoming flights with vetted community members. Members request, confirm, and coordinate shared flights through the platform.
Intelligent matching connects passengers with available seats and aircraft owners flying similar routes across Puerto Rico, the Caribbean, and the U.S. mainland.
Every member is personally invited and approved by the Membership Committee. Access is never public; membership is a privilege, not a right.
Members receive WhatsApp messages for login verification, flight match alerts, seat request notifications, arrangement confirmations, departure reminders, and manifest updates. Delivery is direct via the Meta WhatsApp Cloud API.

Jumpseat connects directly to the Meta WhatsApp Cloud API as the business agent. There is no third-party SMS aggregator in the path: outbound notifications and inbound replies (e.g. a member typing CONFIRM to publish a flight, or STOP to opt out) are exchanged with Meta's signaling infrastructure over the Graph API and webhooks.

Below are illustrative WhatsApp threads showing the categories of messages a member receives. All flows require the member to have explicitly opted in to WhatsApp on the consent page; replying STOP ends future messages immediately.
Jumpseat sends WhatsApp messages to approved members for operational purposes only. Message categories:
How consent is collected: Members are personally invited by the platform administrator. Upon first login, each member is presented with separate, channel-specific consent checkboxes for WhatsApp and SMS — distinct from and optional relative to Terms of Use acceptance. Members may use the platform without opting in to messaging. No member receives WhatsApp or SMS messages without explicit, channel-specific opt-in consent, recorded with a server-side timestamp.
Message frequency: Varies with flight activity; typically 2–10 messages per week for active members.
No marketing messages are ever sent. No third-party promotional content. No unsolicited messages.
To opt out: Reply STOP to any message · remove your number from your profile · or email [email protected].
For help: Reply HELP · call +1 (787) 939-0370.
Standard message and data rates may apply, subject to your mobile carrier plan. Jumpseat does not charge members for SMS or WhatsApp messages.
