Summary: Jumpseat is a private coordination platform — not a transportation provider. You must be invited and approved by the Membership Committee to access it. Membership is a privilege, not a right, and may be revoked for conduct violations or failure to maintain platform standards.
Jumpseat by Invitational Club ("Jumpseat," "the platform," "we") is a private, invite-only digital platform operated by Invitational Club LLC. It facilitates peer-to-peer coordination of private aviation among pre-approved community members in Dorado, Puerto Rico and surrounding areas.
Jumpseat is not an air carrier, charter broker, travel agent, or transportation provider of any kind. All flight arrangements are made directly between members. Jumpseat provides information exchange and coordination services only.
All flights coordinated through Jumpseat must comply with applicable FAA regulations. Jumpseat is designed to facilitate cost sharing among private pilots and passengers under FAA Part 91. The platform does not facilitate commercial air transportation.
Aircraft owners and pilots are solely responsible for ensuring their flights comply with all applicable regulations including but not limited to FAA Part 91, airworthiness requirements, and pilot certification requirements.
Access to Jumpseat is by invitation only. Prospective members must be personally invited by the platform administrator and approved by the Membership Committee. There is no public registration.
Upon approval, each member is issued a Membership Token — a time-limited access credential with the following properties:
Members will receive notification via email and WhatsApp 30 days before their token expires. Renewal is not automatic and requires Membership Committee approval. The committee may decline renewal at their discretion without providing a reason.
The Membership Committee may revoke a member's token at any time. Upon revocation, platform access is immediately suspended. The member will be notified via email with the stated reason. Revocation is distinct from expiry and may occur at any point during the membership year.
Membership in Jumpseat is a privilege extended to trusted community members. All members agree to:
Jumpseat operates a bilateral rating system. After each flight, both the aircraft owner and passenger may rate each other on a 1–5 star scale.
Aircraft owners may restrict the visibility of their flight postings to specific members at their sole discretion. This feature is intended as a safety and comfort tool, not a punitive measure.
Members whose tokens have been revoked may appeal the decision within 30 days of receiving notification. Appeals must be submitted in writing to [email protected] and will be reviewed by the Membership Committee.
The committee will respond to appeals within 14 days. Decisions on appeal are final. Members whose revocation is upheld on appeal may apply for reinstatement after 6 months.
For the purpose of flight safety and regulatory compliance, members agree to provide accurate information required for flight manifests including:
This information is shared only with the aircraft operator and aircraft manager on flights you are confirmed to join. For international flights, this information may be included in eAPIS submissions to US Customs and Border Protection as required by federal law.
Members are solely responsible for ensuring their travel documents are valid and current. Jumpseat is not responsible for denied boarding due to expired or invalid travel documents.

Members participate in flight arrangements entirely at their own risk. We strongly recommend all passengers verify pilot credentials and aircraft airworthiness independently before boarding any aircraft.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Invitational Club LLC, its officers, members, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform, your participation in any flight arrangement, or your violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Members will be notified of material changes via email. Continued use of the platform after notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and the United States of America. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Puerto Rico.
